We get to know you

The fact that you’re here reading this means you’re one small step away from finalising the sign up process and getting started on your journey. When signing up, we’ll ask you to fill out a simple questionnaire to give us a better understanding of your body profile, requirements, lifestyle, and most importantly, your goals.

STEP 2

We create a personalised program for you

Our expert team will work hard behind the scenes to create the perfect meal plan and workout program tailored to you. Great things take time, so expect your program to be ready within 24 hours of signing up!



STEP 3

It’s time for you to be unstoppable 

And so your journey begins. With the help of your personalised program and our incredible online community, we’ll be there to help you reach your goals at every step. Remember, after your 60-day free trial, you will be charged an ongoing monthly fee.

STEP 4

Your plans will evolve with you

After every month, we’ll ask you to update your personal statistics so we can adjust your workout program and meal plan to ensure you continue seeing results.


IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION


After your free 60-day trial period, you will be automatically charged every period ($32) and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client. In order to cancel your subscription simply send an email to support@asnlife.com.au 48 hours before the end of your 60-day trial period. 


We totally understand that your circumstances may change, which means you may wish to cancel your ASN Life subscription at some point in time. To do so, you are required to email our team at support@asnlife.com.au within 48-hours of your next billing date.

  • I want to sign up for the ASN Life 60 day FREE trial. Why is it asking for my credit card details?

    Your credit card details are a mandatory field when signing up for any subscription service. However, rest assured we absolutely won't charge you for the full duration of your 60 day FREE trial


    If, for whatever reason, you choose not to continue with your subscription service, simply email our awesome team at support@asnlife.com.au, providing 48 hours notice before the end of your 60 day FREE trial and we will happily assist you in actioning your cancellation. 


  • I'm purchasing then ASN Life pack for the second time. How do I maintain my current subscription?

    Simply email our incredible team at support@asnlife.com.au and we can apply another 60 days FREE to your current account. 

  • I have just signed up. Why can't I see my meal plans or workout programs?

    Once you’ve signed up, your meal plans and workout program will take a few hours to reflect on your end. In order to accurately calculate your macros and calories, our team works hard behind the scenes to ensure this process runs smoothly and to ensure your requirements are met. As such, we suggest sitting tight for a few hours and logging back in to view your delicious new meals and sweat-worthy workout plan! 


  • How do I know what my activity level is?

    There are a few activity levels to select from, and this will impact your meal plan calorie breakdown the most, which is why it’s important to get it right!

    Majority of our ASN Lifers fall into either the lightly active (training 3 – 4 times per week for approximately 30-45 minutes) or moderately active (training 4-5 times per week for 30-45 minutes). 

    If you feel that you fall slightly outside of these parameters, you may select sedentary (ideal for those who have an office job) or very active (those who train 6-7 days per week for approximately 1 hour or more).  

     

    If you are unsure which activity level to select, we suggest selecting lightly active as a base and email our support team with a brief overview of what your training week looks like and we can make any adjustments for you if necessary. 


  • I have special dietary requirements. What should I do?

    Don’t worry, we’ve taken your needs into account. When it comes to reaching your goals, there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health. To ensure your dietary requirements and food preferences are looked after, we’ve given you the option to include any dietary requirements and food dislikes from the get-go, which you can update monthly during your progress check-in.  

  • Where can I see my next week's plan?

    Your next meal plan will be available one week from when you last completed a check-in or received a meal plan. If your next check-in is due, you can log in at any time throughout the day and complete it to receive a revised meal plan! 

     

    The best way to do this is to email yourself your current meal plan. This way, you know what you're eating for the remainder of the day (or the following few days until you can complete your grocery shop). Then head in and complete your check-in, where you will receive a new meal plan in a few short hours and can prepare accordingly. You do not have to complete a check-in right now either. If you would prefer to wait for a day that is more convenient for you (maybe Sat / Sun) then you can continue your current meal plan and just repeat some days until you would like to receive a new plan 


  • Is ASN Life an app?

    Yes, ASN Life is a web-based app. While you won’t find us in the app store, there’s still a super easy way to use ASN Life as you would any other app (you can even save us to your homescreen like a standard app). Here’s how:

     

    Login to ASN Life on your device

    Click on the white phone icon in the top right hand corner

    Follow the prompts

    Click ‘add to homescreen’ button

  • Will I be able to see my calories and macros?

    Yep! We want to give you full transparency of your plans so you can educate yourself and continue to make healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle. You’ll be able to see your full macro and calorie breakdown per day and per meal in the ASN Life platform.

  • Are snacks included?

    Definitely! We don’t want anyone getting hangry now, do we!? Our meal plans are totally customisable, meaning you can adapt them to suit your lifestyle and what will work for you long term. This means choosing between 3-6 meals per day. Snacks are included in every meal plan, unless you select just 3 meals per day, which means they’ll be quite substantial meals to ensure you’re meeting your macros..

  • I currently pay for an ASN Life subscription, but I have been given 60 days free. What now?

    I currently pay for an ASN Life subscription, but I have been given 60 days free. What now? 

    You may be without a meal plan for about 24 hours so please save any of the meals you’d like to hang on to and send our support team an email with your CURRENT subscription details. This will allow the team to go-ahead and cancel your paid subscription and allocate your free time. 


  • I have an injury. Can I still use ASN Life?

    Absolutely! When we said ASN Life is all about living your life, your way, we really meant it. With every workout you receive, you’ll see an option to swap individual exercises, based on wanting to swap to a gym-based exercise, home-based exercise, or because of an injury. When you select the ‘injury’ option, we’ll ask a few follow up questions to get a little bit more info on what areas your injury affects, so we can offer a safe alternative. However, we certainly recommend seeking approval from your healthcare practitioner prior to starting any new exercise regime, particularly where injuries are concerned!

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Please email our support team at support@asnlife.com.au and include your full name and the email address used to create your subscription. 

  • I need support. Where can I get help?

    We’ve got a team working very hard behind the scenes to answer your questions and help support you. Simply email us at support@asnlife.com.au and we’ll endeavour to get back to you at our earliest convenience. Alternatively, join our online ASN Life community forum, where you can ask questions, seek advice, and feel inspired by a group of like-minded people and team members.

  • I don't have a gym membership. Can I do ASN Life workouts at home?

    You certainly can! We offer both gym-based and at-home workout programs. Train your way!

  • My 60-day free trial is coming to an end. What's next?

    Your free trial period will end exactly 60-days after the initial sign up date. As such, once you’ve reached the end of your free trial period, you’ll automatically roll over onto a paid subscription, which will cost $32 per month. If you wish to cancel your membership before it rolls over, please ensure you email our Support Team at support@asnlife.com.au, allowing at least 48-hours notice of your free trial ending
